Our firm obtained a policy limits offer for our client who was hit, as a pedestrian, in a crosswalk by a driver.

The motor vehicle accident caused serious personal injuries to our client, a resident of Portland, Oregon. Pedestrians are often hit in crosswalks by drivers failing to watch the road. In Oregon, the law requires drivers to stop for pedestrians in crosswalks.
